Can we all just appreciate it unbelievable breakfast that I was greeted with this morning?!

I currently have a friend living with me in my family home, and she provides some serious gooooooods when it comes to food!

So this is a Rachael Ratcliffe appreciation post!

These pancakes were made with:

  • MyProtein Diet Whey protein: Chocolate
  • Chocolate soya milk
  • Chia seeds
  • Oats
  • A touch of flour
  • Baking powder
  • Splash of water!

I topped mine with frozen berries, a half a nana, date syrup and a dollop of Whole Earth crunchy peanut butter.

I have to say…. BEST PANCAKES I have had in a long time!

It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to home cooking, and this bloody well impressed me!
